"We have dealt with more than a dozen real estate transactions in the past 30 years. Never have we encountered a broker as professional, ethical, and enjoyable to work with as Brad Clark.
Brad served as our buyer's agent, acting on our behalf and making sure that we were protected every step of the way. He so carefully screened houses with our requirements in mind, that the first house he showed us was perfect--an affordable 3-bedroom, 2-bath (with fireplace) on a wooded lot in a pleasant neighborhood, and near everything, including our daughter's family and my parents. It was a complicated order and Brad got it right on the first try.
He then clearly explained every step of the complicated process buying our house turned out to be. Never thrown by the unexpected, he negotiated every difficulty that arose, calling in experts to deal with the problems, and solving them in ways fair to both buyer and seller. Never has a house we bought been so carefully scrutinized and analyzed. We ended up knowing exactly what we were getting and got it at a significantly reduced price.
If you are considering buying or selling a house, you will not find a broker with more integrity and willingness to work on your behalf than Brad Clark. We recommend him unreservedly."

Recently my family had the pleasure of working with Brad Clark in finding and purchasing a new home in Asheville. We knew at the outset that it would be a difficult task, as our family had some very specific home requirements, and in these difficult economic times these requirements put many of the homes that met our needs out of our price range. I had begun the home search on my own, with little luck and much discouragement. A sympathetic friend suggested that I call Brad and give him a shot at helping me with my search.
At the outset, I knew that Brad would find our new home. He initially met with us in the house we were renting to get a feel for what we were interested in. He asked about the things we enjoyed in the home, and which things we could do without. He was honest and up front with us about the realities of the market and our “wish list”, and was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the greater Asheville area. He put no pressure whatsoever on us to “sign on” and commit to a written contract. It didn’t take long for us to realize that if any one could help us, it was Brad.
Brad had a list of homes for us to look at within 24 hours, and showed us as many houses as we needed to see to find the one that was right for us. He was positive, honest, and supportive throughout the entire process. I was always aware that he was looking out for my best interest as a home buyer. Rather than looking for a “quick close”, Brad would thoroughly look at and share the positive and negative aspects of each home we saw. I knew the instant I walked into our new home that it was the one that I wanted to buy. Even though I was excited, Brad kept a cool head and pressed me to focus on details that needed to be addressed before we could call it a “done deal”. He walked us through each step and even counseled us to “slow down and make sure everything is done right, not necessarily fast”. Sound words of advice from a wise man.
At the closing our attorney took a moment to complement Brad on his professionalism and the quality of his representation of our interests during the purchase and closing process. I would absolutely recommend Brad Clark as a real estate agent for any one contemplating buying or selling a home. His dedication to his clients, his knowledge of the market, his ability to listen and then find homes that meet his client’s criteria and his personal integrity place him in a class above those who spend time looking at the “bottom line” of getting a commission. We have been most blessed to have known Brad as our real estate agent, and now as a friend.

" ...We were considering homes in a Fletcher neighborhood.
Suddenly, Brad learned a seller in that neighborhood had just slashed his asking price.
Brad is so conscientious about keeping up-to-date with current listings, he was the first Realtor to act on the price reduction. Within an hour, he showed us the home and we made an offer on it. That house is now our home..."
